The 14th Annual Healthy Chef Competition is coming up next Wednesday March 13th 2013.

The challenge: Make fruits and vegetables the star of the plate!

The event takes place at the Hyatt Recency, Downtown Vancouver
Wednesday, March 13th, 2013 at 6:30 PM
Tickets for the trade and public are $90 each and can be purchased via www.bcpma.com

500 guests will see what 10 properties bring to the table. It is an evening of food and sensory delights.

B.C. Produce Marketing Association’s membership includes anyone who is connected to the growing, distribution or selling of fresh fruits and vegetables. This includes retailers, wholesalers, food service distributors, brokers, growers, importers, transporters, packaging, refrigeration and other suppliers.

Since its beginning in 1956, our members enjoy a first name basis relationship as a result of our strongly supported interactive activities and programs.

At our functions, there are great opportunities to meet first hand with all sectors of the fresh fruit and vegetable industry in British Columbia.

If you are involved in fresh produce you want to be a part of the BCPMA.
